A SALE WITH A GREAT CAUSE
21-Mar-2016

Saturday saw a great auction at 3 Haig Street Roseville. Not only did the three bedroom bungalow sell for $2.11 million, well above the $1.9 million reserve, but all proceeds of the sale are going to Cancer Council NSW and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. The late Ms Neville McPherson had generously elected these two charities, which were close to her heart, to be the beneficiaries of her estate. With the help of a beautiful Black Labrador Guide Dogs puppy, a Cancer Council Bear mascot and the very talented Vic Lorusso, there was an incredible feel-good energy on the day and we think you’ll agree a great outcome was achieved. We are also pleased to announce McConnell Bourn has donated 50% of our fee to these wonderful charities.
