how's the market looking?

the last two saturdays were the beginning of the 2009 spring market and at mcconnellbourn we are pleased to report that activity levels from buyers is high. buyer inspections at open homes has been solid with most properties securing strong interest within the first 10 days of marketing. although this is positive news for home sellers we are only seeing 1-3 solid buyers moving forward with offers in the early stage. i believe this is due to more properties being offered for sale thus giving the buyers a little more choice than they have had in recent months.
