In a swiftly evolving industry, founders Matthew and Samantha Bourn believe it is important to maintain a competitive edge.



As one of the leading real estate agencies in the North Shore property market, McConnell Bourn is welcoming a new style and approach to property with the unveiling of their new brand.
“We have synonymously had good results and out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to marketing and selling/ managing property, but it’s time for us to raise the bar again,” explains Matthew.



“This time, we are moving into the next generation of real estate.”



The team is championing a fresh outlook on property that sells not only a home, but a lifestyle.



“We believe that if someone is buying or leasing a home, they are also buying a lifestyle here on the beautiful North Shore,” says Samantha.
“We want to take our clients on a journey, showcasing everything that their home and the area has to offer.”



The new brand will feature clean designs, a pastel colour palette and editorial style photography captured by our in-house photographer, Des Harris.



“It’s about showcasing what it is like to live in the home - the finer details, the ambience or how people interact with the space,” says Matthew.



The brand will also build social media, a blog and a lifestyle magazine to market not only properties but also industry trends and local businesses.



“Where are the best places to grab your coffee? What are the latest trends in home-styling? We hope to attract a following of locals interested in more than just property.”



The launch coincides with the opening of a head office in Gordon – designed to function as a workspace and a home-styled showroom.



“It will be a true showcase of the North Shore marketplace.”
