Andrew did an excellent job in finding the unique kind of buyer that we were looking for in order to sell our house. Andrew took note of our special circumstances ( a daughter 12 months out from her HSC) and found a buyer who was wanting to buy a house in our area and then lease it out. With such demanding requirements Andrew successfully found such a unique buyer and then successfully concluded the sale at the price we wanted, even negotiating a further $10,000 when we would have settled for the slightly lower price.
